Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, used candles and custom orders for any product cannot be exchanged or refunded. Merchandise marked "final sale” and “custom”, is sold "as is" and may not be exchanged or refunded. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind on any product or service purchase. We package our products by hand with efficacy, but understand things happen out of our control. If your items are damaged in transit, we will be more than glad to replace the item or refund the price of the product (including sales taxes) with store credit toward any online purchase. Store credit is valid for 7 months from date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. If your candle was damaged during transit, please contact us at shipping@joyandharvestco.com within 7 days of receiving the order and proof of damage. Pictures and videos of the damaged product and packaging are required as proof of damage. Please also include the order and shipping number. If the customer does not notify us within 7 days from date of delivery and provide proof of damage, the customer will be responsible to initiate a claim with the third party shopping/postal service themselves. We did not offer refunds towards shipping costs customers incurred at the time of purchase. We will, upon confirmation of damaged item, incur the costs of shipping a replacement item on our behalf.
